Anthony – Founder / Personal Trainer
Anthony is the founder of Rep Lab and has been in the business for over 8 years. He developed his passion for fitness at the age of 12 when he found out he had Type 1 Diabetes. Since then, he has been dedicated to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and spent endless hours educating himself to learn the most effective ways to gain muscle mass and decrease body fat through fitness and nutrition. He holds his Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and further continued his education by specializing in Nutrition, Corrective Exercises and Group Training. Through the ups and downs of his health, Anthony strives share his experiences and knowledge with anyone who believes that the odds are against them and provides the tools and support you need to see the results you desire.
Lindsey – Trainer / Nutrition Coach
Lindsey has been a personal trainer for over 6 years, training clients of all ages and fitness levels. To Lindsey, being a trainer goes beyond assisting someone in reaching their fitness goals. There is nothing more important to her than helping someone overcome an obstacle that will allow them to feel more confident and strong, both mentally and physically. She has put a lot of time and effort in designing programs that are attainable, proven to work, and enjoyable. Throughout her career, she received a Bachelors’ Degree in Health Science with a Minor in Nutrition, she obtained her Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, is a Certified Nutrition Coach with Precision Nutrition as well as being a women’s health and fitness specialist. Lindsey specializes in strength training, weight loss and nutrition coaching.
